Jason brings over 20 years of experience in marketing, communications, and business management to every client relationship he leads. He is the first person you will talk to at LT Built and the one responsible for making sure your vision is understood completely before a single decision gets made. Detail oriented, easy to work with, and genuinely passionate about what a well designed space can do for the people who live in it. Jake is a licensed contractor with over 20 years of hands on experience building, managing, and delivering complex projects. Once your project is underway, Jake owns every detail from the first day of construction through to the final walkthrough. He manages every trade, holds every standard, and does not call a job done until it is right. The kind of contractor who takes it personally when something is not exactly what it should be. That is exactly the kind of person you want running your project.
Tammie is the creative eye behind every LT Built design. She works closely with clients to translate their vision into material selections, color palettes, and finish choices that make a space feel completely intentional. If you have ever walked into a room and thought everything just works in here, that is exactly what Tammie is after on every project.
Shelbie is the person who keeps everything behind the scenes running exactly the way it should. From communications and documentation to making sure the business side of every project is organized and accurate, she is the reason your experience with LT Built feels seamless from start to finish. The kind of detail that most people never notice is usually because Shelbie already took care of it.
Alex makes sure every moving part of your project stays on track. Timelines, details, follow ups, and coordination all run through Alex so that nothing gets missed and nothing surprises you. A smooth project experience does not happen by accident and Alex is a big reason why it does not.

Home Assessment

Proposal Presentation
Your proposal is more than a price. We present it in person and walk you through the complete vision for your space, including layout, design concepts, material selections, paint colors, and finishes. You will see exactly what we are building and why every decision was made before you commit to anything. Once you are aligned and the agreement is signed, your project moves to the next phase.

Pre-Construction Walkthrough
Before a single tool comes out, Jason and Jake meet with you in the space together. We walk through every detail of the project one more time to make sure nothing is lost in translation between the proposal and the build. This is the step that prevents surprises and we take it seriously.

Construction and Project Management
Jake takes over from here, managing every trade, every timeline, and every detail through the entire build. You will always know where your project stands. No chasing anyone down for updates. No showing up to find nothing has happened. Just consistent, professional execution from start to finish.

Final Walkthrough and Completion
When the work is done we walk through the finished space together. We want to see your reaction and we want to make sure every detail meets the standard we promised at the start. We do not consider a project complete until you do.

Post Project Follow Up
Our relationship does not end when the project does. We follow up after completion to make sure everything is still exactly the way it should be and to answer any questions that come up once you have had time to live in the space. Because a home that feels right on day one should still feel right on day thirty.
